1. Introduction

6.2. UMM reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions and the terms of the UMM Privacy Policy at any time and without notice.
6.3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any dispute under these terms and conditions.
